Rich Shofstall joined AFR Auto Repair as Service Manager in October 2025, bringing with him a deep foundation in automotive service, leadership, and customer care. Raised in the garage alongside his father, Rich not only learned his way around an automobile from a young age but also absorbed the values of patience, strong work ethic, and integrity, principles that continue to guide him today.



After retiring from Law Enforcement in 2019, where he also gained experience working with emergency vehicle fleet repairs, Rich transitioned fully into the automotive repair industry. Since then, he has served exclusively in supervisory and leadership roles, most recently managing a high-volume European auto repair shop.

Rich is dedicated to providing consistent, high-quality repairs paired with exceptional customer service. He strives to ensure every customer feels welcomed, respected, and fully informed, free from pressure or scare tactics. Rich firmly believes that every customer deserves honest, transparent communication about their vehicle, from bumper to bumper and everything in between. Through this philosophy, he continues to build trust and confidence with every driver who walks through AFR Auto Repair’s doors.
